Can't believe I almost forgot...

the most common "no kitniyot" marking, quite funny in its own right:

It says: Kasher LePesach, with no fear of kitniyot."

Somehow that strikes me as a little too dramatic. No fear of dragons, I could see. But kitniyot just aren't that frightening...

Actually, I find that most non-kitniyot people seem to actually exhibit a trepidation of the evil legumes that borders on paralysis. My mom recently brought a cake she made to some non-kitniyot friends and, upon discovering that she had used parve cow chocolate in the ingredients, actually asked her to leave the cake in the refrigerator until she went home. They also mentioned that they were unable to find kosher for Passover sugar... you never know what people find frightening.
